Fellow in Thanatology Recertification
Recertification is required every three years. The Recertification deadline is Dec. 31 of the third year of an individual’s recertification cycle. After Dec. 31, certification will lapse and will no longer be valid. No exceptions will be made. If your certification lapses, you will be required to take the FT® exam to become recertified.
