Registration Information

Full Meeting Registration
Full meeting registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions, group meal functions and social events as well as meeting materials including the final program.
Note: The Presidential Luncheon is an additional fee of $45 USD (CAD accepted if paying by check) per person for all applicable registration categories.
Note: Pre-ordered box lunches for SIG meetings on Thursday and Friday are offered on the meeting registration form at the cost of $35 USD each. (CAD accepted if paying by check.)You do not need to order lunch to attend the SIG meetings.
One-Day Registration
One-day registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, group meal functions and social events scheduled for the day purchased. You may register at this rate for one day only. The student rate for one-day registration is $80 USD (CAD accepted if paying by check).
Student Registration
Student Registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, group meal functions, social events and meeting educational materials. Proof of full-time student status is required to register at the student rate.
Spouse/Companion
Spouse/Companion registration includes guest admission to exhibits, refreshment breaks, continental breakfasts and the President’s Reception. Meeting educational materials and admission to educational sessions are not included with this registration. To register a spouse/companion, the registration must be submitted with a full registration form.
Confirmation Letters
ADEC’s Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete. ADEC will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via e-mail as well. Note: ADEC is unable to confirm registration earlier than two weeks after the submission date if you do not provide an e-mail address. If you do not receive written confirmation after two weeks, e-mail adec@adec.org.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, submit notice in writing to ADEC headquarters by March 5, 2008, ADEC will charge a $75 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at ADEC headquarters by March 5. ADEC will not issue refunds for cancellations received after March 5. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
