Advertising rates listed here are per insertion and are based on black-and-white ads. We only accept camera-ready art/copy.

Policies
The Forum reserves the right to judge the suitability of advertising copy and illustrations. The advertiser is responsible for obtaining permission to use copyrighted materials appearing in the advertisement and agrees to indemnify The Forum and ADEC from any claims or expenses resulting from the unauthorized use of any name, photograph, design, artwork, or other copy protected by copyright or other applicable laws.

Deadlines and Publication Schedule
The deadline for receiving advertising copy is approximately six weeks prior to the cover date of each issue. Reservations for ad space should be made at least two months in advance of the cover date of the issue in which the ad will appear.
