Traumatic events, such as hurricanes, earthquakes and other natural and unnatural disasters, often result in great loss of life as well as other losses -- both tangible and intangible.

Grief due to losses, not just death, takes more time and support than is commonly realized and so there are there are often long-term needs for support.
