Health Care Reform and End-of-Life Decision-Making – A Statement from ADEC

The Executive Committee, with the Board’s approval, developed the following statement from the Scientific Advisory Committee’s report on the current controversy over End-of-Life Counseling. We intend that this statement is for your use only as an ADEC member, not as a public statement from ADEC. Feel free to use the statement to inform your work and to help you in responding to this issue. Please do not email it to non-members or post it on your website. We hope that the statement might help clarify this issue for you and allow you to research the topic further.
