Some feedback… PLEASE tell Jill Harrington to use a good microphone (not the one built in to her laptop). Her sound is so bad that it’s difficult to listen to her.  If she has an earbud microphone (the kind you use a phone) that would be fine (like Neimeyer was using in his interview).  Anything is better than what she’s using.

In fact, please tell all your podcasters and guests that it’s imperative to have good sound.  If the sound quality is irritating, people will stop listening.
