Exhibit Opportunities

Companies and organizations with an interest in exposing its products or services to a wide audience of mental and medical health personnel, educators, counselors, bereavement coordinators, clergy, funeral directors and volunteers from around the world are encouraged to purchase a booth. 

One Exhibit Booth

8' x 10' space
$775 USD

  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs
  • Back wall and side rail fabric drapes
  • Organizational identification sign
  • General security service of exhibit space
  • Pre and post registration list in PDF format of registrants who opt to be included (excludes email addresses)
  • Listing in attendee meeting materials
  • One complimentary exhibit floor-only representative registration
  • One complimentary annual conference-only registration 


Booth assignments will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. No booth will be assigned without full payment.

Exhibitors are responsible for all freight, drayage, decorating and labor charges.  Further information and an Exhibitor Kit will be available soon.
