If you have experienced a concerning situation related to the process of obtaining or maintaining your certification that does not fit within the other appeals and requests offered, you have the right to a peer review of the situation. You may be contacted by phone, email or on a zoom meet for clarification of the situation in order to receive a fair review. Situational reviews may take longer than 45 days for a response as some situations may involve a more extensive investigative process in order to fully assess the situation.
If you believe you have encountered a unique set of circumstances giving you valid reason to appeal a result or decision that does not fall under another specific appeal form, please use this form to submit your request.
- The appeal will be thoroughly reviewed by the Appeals Committee and potentially by the Credentialing Council and Credentialing Administrator, along with any other relevant parties involved in your appeal area.
- You will be notified of the decision within 45 days.
