Appeal of Recertification Application Results

Policy and Requirements

You have the right to appeal if you believe your recertification application was denied without merit.

You must file this appeal within 10 days of receiving recertification application results.
The appeal will be thoroughly reviewed by the Appeals Committee and potentially by ADEC's Credentialing Council, along with any other relevant parties involved in your appeal area.
You will be notified of the decision within 45 days.
