Definitions of Educational Programs and Fields of Study
*Behavioral Sciences: Instructional programs with a combined or undifferentiated focus on the social sciences, psychology, and biomedical sciences to study complex problems of human individual and social growth and behavior.
*Education: Instructional programs that focus on the theory and practice of learning and teaching, and related research, administrative, and support services.
*Health Sciences: Instructional programs that prepares individuals to practice as licensed professionals or assistants in the health care professions and clinical sciences and in administrative and support positions.
*Human Services: Instructional programs that focuses on the general study and provision of human and social services to individuals and communities and prepares individuals to work in public and private human services agencies and organizations.
“Related field”: Instructional programs that prepare graduates for multidisciplinary careers which involve careful analysis of human behavior and social relationships and, in application, can help people navigate and/or improve their quality of life.
*Social Sciences: Instructional programs that focus on the systematic study of social systems, social institutions, and social behavior.
*Thanatology: Instructional programs or a field of study that focuses on the biological, philosophical, psychological, sociological, and theological aspects of death, dying, and bereavement.

Transcripts:
- Official or unofficial are accepted
- For all applications except CT - Track 4, upload transcripts for your highest degree earned in a Social, Behavioral, Health Science, Human Services, Education, or related field
- CT-Track 4: Upload transcripts from unrelated degree
Diploma:
Professional License:
