ACE Program Pre-Approval Form

ADEC is now pre-approving educational programs (e.g., workshops, courses, conferences) to count towards certification contact hours for Certification in Thanatology (CT) and / or Fellow in Thanatology (FT). Institutions, organizations, or agencies can submit their educational programs to be listed on ADEC’s web site as pre-approved for CT or FT certification or recertification.

ADEC will charge USD$150 for a single workshop, USD$250 for a 2-day course/conference, USD$350 for a 3-day course/conference, an USD$500 for a 13-week course offered by an institution or organization per calendar year. A progressive discount model is also proposed for incentivizing historically active applicants and attracting a larger volume of future applications, please refer to the ADEC website for more detail. ADEC reserves the right to set a limit on the number of courses or programs covered by the multiple course fees.
